The KIDS (Keeping Independent Directives in Society) program provides services to individuals between the ages of 18 and 24 that are homeless or near homeless. While on the program, youth will have the opportunity to participate in case management to address specific challenges they may be experiencing in their life.
The KIDS program will provide support in the areas of:
1). Stable Housing
2). Education and Employment
3). Social and Emotional Well-being
4). Permanent Connections
The KIDS program serves the counties of: Keya Paha, Boyd, Brown, Rock, Holt, Blaine, Loup, Garfield, Wheeler, Valley, Greeley, Sherman, Howard, Boone, Nance, Merrick, Hamilton, Platte and Colfax. May also serve Valentine.
